Hidden Acres Weddings. In a joyous celebration at the charming Hidden Acres, Charity and Kevin officially declared themselves “officially official.” In a wedding that perfectly encapsulated the rustic vibes and southern hospitality of the countryside venue. This fun-loving couple couldn’t have asked for a better setting for their special day. And Hidden Acres provided the perfect backdrop for their whimsical journey into wedded bliss.
Garnet, navy, and gold were the stars of the show. Not just because they’re fabulous fall colors, but also because each hue came with its own unique backstory. Garnet was the chosen one, paying homage to Kevin’s alma mater, the University of South Carolina. Navy blue stepped in to represent the couple’s blue line family connection. A nod to their police ties. And gold? Well, that was there to sparkle and shine, just like their engagement and wedding rings.
But wait, the fun doesn’t stop there! Cotton made a cameo in the decor, not because it’s the latest trend in wedding aesthetics. But because it tugged at the bride’s heartstrings, reminding her of the good ol’ days of childhood. And get this – the cotton used on her big day came straight from her dad’s field. Talk about a sentimental touch that deserves a round of applause!

Now, onto the feast! The reception was a gastronomic delight, with a farm-fresh dinner straight from the culinary wizardry of Rebecca McArthur and McArthur Farms in Bennettsville, South Carolina. Delicious bites, good company, and a touch of farm-to-table magic. What more could you ask for?
Charity couldn’t help but gush about Kevin, praising him for his calming aura, humility, and that uncanny ability to make friends with everyone. Kevin, in turn, had his own list of reasons why Charity is the bomb.com – her kindness, soft-hearted nature, and a knack for putting others first. Oh, and he slyly slipped in a humorous note about scoring all the drumsticks because Charity isn’t a fan of the dark meat. Now, that’s what we call a win-win!
So, here’s to Charity and Kevin – a couple who knows how to throw a party that’s not just visually stunning but also filled with heartwarming details and a good dose of humor. As they ride off into the sunset of marital bliss, all in all, may their love story continue to be as colorful and fun as their wedding day! 🎉💕
