Oh my goodness, where do I even start with these two and The Village House at Litchfield Wedding?! Cady and BD finally said “I do” this past Friday at the beautiful Village House in Pawleys Island, South Carolina …. and it was the sweetest day ever!!!
I’ve been looking forward to this wedding for over a year, but if you’ve followed along, you know we had the cutest reason to postpone… their precious daughter, Blakely Pearl, decided to make her grand entrance into the world! And let me tell you, she completely stole the show (in the best way possible)! This little girl was such a trooper all day *and night* long… smiles, snuggles, and all the chaos of a wedding day, and she handled it like a champ!! Her smile… Perfection!

From the moment I arrived, you could just feel the joy. Cady was glowing… that calm, happy, deeply-in-love kind of glow — and BD!!!? He cried the entire time. (The entire time!) Seriously, from getting ready photos to the vows to the first dance… tears. It was the sweetest thing!!
This wedding was full of everything I love… laughter, a packed dance floor, and so many heartfelt moments that had everyone tearing up right along with BD. I’ve had the honor of walking alongside these two for such a long time now, and it’s been such a joy watching their story unfold… from engagement, to parenthood, to marriage, and much more!!
Cady and BD, I just love you guys so much! Your day was everything…. emotional, fun, beautiful, and so full of love!!! You’ve built such a sweet little family, and I can’t wait to see where this next chapter takes you!!
There’s just something about weddings in the South that hit different… especially here in Pawleys Island and Myrtle Beach. The mix of the salty breeze, the mossy trees, and that easy-going Southern joy makes every wedding amazing! The Village House at Litchfield is one of those places that just gets it right… beautiful, cozy, and full of charm without trying too hard!!
