Spring Wedding Conway. Rebecca’s inquiry about capturing her wedding day brought a wave of excitement. When she revealed she was the fiancée of my childhood friend, Alex. The prospect of documenting such a significant day for someone connected to my past was truly thrilling. Alex and I shared a delightful upbringing on Cape Cod. Attending classes together from our early years through grade school. In a delightful twist of fate, his mom even served as my tutor. The honor of being entrusted with the task of capturing their love story from Cape Cod to Myrtle Beach felt deeply special!
Reconnecting with Alex after all those years, especially through the lens of such a joyous occasion, was like revisiting a cherished chapter of our shared history. The wedding took place at the Peanut Warehouse in Conway, South Carolina, with its rustic charm perfectly complementing Rebecca and Alex’s unique style. The raw wood beams provided a backdrop that, in its simplicity, allowed their love to shine brightly.
Rebecca, hailing from England, brought an extra layer of charm with her delightful accent. Adding a touch of international flair to the celebration. Both families traveled to be part of this momentous day. Turning it into a reunion filled with laughter, tears, and dancing that stretched into the night.
The Peanut Warehouse, with its worn yet rich ambiance. Set the stage for a celebration that seamlessly blended rustic aesthetics with delicate, cascading florals in soft yellows and blues. A perfect ode to the blooming season of April.
Spring Wedding Conway
In Rebecca’s own words, the couple’s love story began in Richmond, Virginia. Where they met on a Wednesday in February 2015. Their first date, marked in her notes folder, unfolded over hours of non-stop conversation and laughter. Alex’s work took him away on weekends, leading to a deliberate pace of Wednesday meet-ups. These meetups subtly hinted at the budding romance. Alex was offered a position at Coastal Carolina University, Rebecca, without hesitation, declared her intention to move with him.
Their long-distance love endured for seven months until Rebecca received her green card and joined Alex in Conway, South Carolina. in December 2015. Describing their connection as easy and perfect, Rebecca highlighted Alex’s sense of humor, care, sensitivity, and unwavering drive. Their compatibility and shared values created a harmonious union. Making Rebecca eager and delighted to spend the rest of her life with Alex.
As their love story unfolds, it becomes clear that Rebecca and Alex’s journey is not just a tale of two individuals finding each other—it’s a celebration of love, commitment, and the joy of discovering a true reflection of oneself in another. May their days be filled with the same laughter, love, and ease that has defined their journey so far.
