A Fall Wedding Full of LOVE at The Village House at Litchfield, Pawleys Island
I had the absolute joy of capturing another beautiful fall wedding at The Village House at Litchfield in Pawleys Island, SC. From the warm, rich colors of autumn to the crisp air, the day was full of all the cozy, seasonal vibes (and colors) you could imagine!! But honestly, the real star of the day!!? The cutest little flower girl you’ve ever seen! I’m not kidding—she stole the show in her adorable dress, and every single guest was completely obsessed. Myself included! 💕
Now, the love story behind the couple!!!!? It’s the cutest! They met through the bride’s dad, which is such a funny story in itself, but Ashley confessed to having had a crush on him since high school! Talk about fate, right? They even joked about how the “invisible string” theory was working its magic in their lives – love it!!
They chose The Village House because the groom knew the owners, making it an easy choice for everyone – and I mean, just look at the venue!! Speaks for itself. And let me tell you, it was the perfect venue! The beautiful fall colors blended so effortlessly with the natural charm of the venue, making for some dreamy photos. Plus, the food!!? Top-notch, as always! I love working there because the staff is always incredible, and they help make the day run so smoothly!
Fall Wedding Full of LOVE at The Village House
What I really loved about this couple was their laid-back attitude. You know how some brides say they’re super chill? Well, this bride really meant it! She told me that even if the day was a total mess, she’d still have the best time – and they sure did!! I think being already married helped take some of the pressure off, but honestly, with their fun and rowdy group of friends, there was no way this wedding wasn’t going to be a blast! Once the music started, the elbows were flying (literally) on the dance floor, and it got a little wild in the best way possible! 😂 Southern Flair Entertainment absolutely nailed it and kept the energy going all night long. Kip, my amazing second shooter, was right there by my side, capturing all those fun moments with me!!
And let’s not forget the surprises! I won’t spill too much tea here (hint hint), but trust me, they had a few tricks up their sleeves for their guests. If you were there, you know exactly what I’m talking about. 😉 EKKKKKKK!!!
