Myrtle Beach State Park is one of my favorite spots for beach photos because you get so much variety in one location! The pier gives us a beautiful backdrop (and some much-needed shade when the sun is bright), while the dunes, trees, and open beach give us completely different looks without having to walk far.
It’s also a great option for families with easy parking and restrooms nearby.

Huntington Beach State Park in Murrells Inlet is one of my favorite locations for sunset photos because there is SO much variety! We can start around Atalaya Castle for a beautiful, classic look and then head toward the dunes, trees, and beach for those light + airy coastal photos I love.
Everything is within walking distance, and with easy parking and restrooms nearby, it’s also a great option for families.

The Market Common is one of my favorite Myrtle Beach locations when you want something other than the beach! With tree-lined streets, brick, greenery, and a more modern downtown feel, we can get so many different looks without going far.
I’ve photographed here for years, so I know all my favorite little spots and where the light works best. It’s especially great for senior photos, couples, and families — and there are no photography or parking fees!
2nd AVE., CONWAY, SC 29526
I LOVE this location! The Conway Riverwalk gives you a completely different look from the beach with beautiful river views, huge oak trees, Spanish moss, and that classic Southern charm.
One of my favorite things about photographing here is the variety — we can start along the Riverwalk and then walk into downtown Conway for even more backdrops without ever getting in the car. It’s a great location for family photos, seniors, couples, and engagements, with free parking and no photography fee.
