Who would have thought a summer biology class would be the place to find true love? Well, that’s exactly how Chelsea and Courtland met! – Weddings at Hidden Acres
It was the summer of 2013. Courtland walked into the classroom, and Chelsea was instantly attracted. It took Courtland a few weeks to finally Facebook message Chelsea. He asked her a question about class, even though he already knew the answer! After messaging back and forth on Facebook, they finally exchanged numbers and spent HOURS talking and texting. There were nights they stayed up talking until 3 or 4 in the morning {even with class at 8 am}. After the summer class was over, Chelsea and Courtland went their separate ways.
Fast forward to November 2014: they rekindled their romance and the rest is history! Courtland proposed while they were in nursing school. The couple chose Hidden Acres for their wedding because they loved the southern rustic charm of this venue. They also fell in love with Donny (the owner) and boy is he sweet! 🙂
Words from the Bride: “He is truly my best friend and biggest fan and encourages me and supports me in everything that I do. He still makes me laugh and smile like no one else and of course I find him just as handsome as ever!”
